“You go about life, being unaware of this and that, being scared of
\nsimple insignificant things (like blood tests… yeah I know, go figure!)
\nand you find yourself paralysed and wanting out. Then you think you
\nhave no way out. An you are stuck. Feeling suffocated.<\/p>\n
And then you learn there is this thing called NLP (Neuro Linguistic
\nProgramming). It sounds fun. You enrol to the course blissfully
\nunaware (yet again!!!) of this whole new, amazing, sunny side of the
\nworld just at the reach of your hand. This what NLP was like for me.
\nIn the middle of the course, I was going through personal hell. I was
\na mess. NLP helped me live through it. Without being overly
\ndramatic, NLP helped me survive.<\/p>\n
My coach and trainer, Viktoria was one with iron fist, covered in soft
\nsilky gloves. Always there, totally unable to be prejudiced and
\njudgemental and with amazing sense for all of our needs.
\nShe is one of those trainers (as my aunt, a retired kindergarten
\nteacher, defines as successful teachers) that pay equal attention to
\nall ‘kids’ (participants), yet each ‘kid’ leaves at the end of the day with
\na warm feeling of being teacher’s favorite.<\/p>\n
NLP is amazing. Viktoria is even better!<\/p>\n
The program is full of laughter, cries, some serious in-dept self
\nrevelation, practical tools you can use at work and life, new
\nfriendships, acceptance and most of all love.<\/p>\n
As I wrote for my final exam: “I went on a journey, and now I am new.
